Thunderslab is not responsible to pay anyone who tests or works with us unless there is a separate, explicit written agreement. Participation in any testing or work with Thunderslab is considered voluntary unless otherwise specified.
Reward & Payout Policy
Without a written agreement, if anyone works with Thunderslab and receives any payout as a reward for their task, Thunderslab retains full control and discretion over the distribution, amount, and timing of such rewards. No entitlement or guarantee of payment is implied unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property & Conduct
No one is allowed to use Thunderslab materials, logo, or name without written permission. Spreading rumors or misinformation about Thunderslab is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Use of Likeness and Role Designation
We may assign roles or designations (e.g., "Junior Game QA Analyst") and use corresponding images in our team section to differentiate individuals. If you have any objection to your photo or role being displayed, please contact us via the email provided in our contact section to request removal.

Thunderslab / Thunderslab Studio reserves the full right to take any action, including the shutdown of the studio or changes to any rules. Anyone working with or connected to Thunderslab in any capacity must obey these rules.
